History has been witness to the fact that genius inspires genius. In attempts to promote foresight and develop thinkers of tomorrow, SCMHRD has religiously followed the tradition of organising regular guest lectures for its student community. Of the recent happenings, we have had amazing speakers who have inspired us to change the way we think and also given us immense knowledge in their fields.
Mr Dharmendra Rai, Senior Vice President, Benchmark Mutual funds had visited the campus a few days back, and had talked about Exchange Traded Funds and Indexing, which is a relatively new concept in India, and he also shared his personal experiences and insights with us. Prior to that, we had invited Mr. Md. Ali Shafia to speak about his Experiences of Learning in Iran, where he told the students about the lifestyle of people in Iran, and how they learn from the daily activities. The students were also invited to a Guest Lecture by Mr. Ram Jethmalani and Mr. Narendra Modi, held in Pune City. All these interactions prove to be great learning experiences for us, and are highly appreciated among the community.
